Recruitment Process

Our recruitment process can be highly competitive and rigorous to ensure that only candidates with the right aptitude and attitude become members of our club. Applicants may apply to multiple departments and will undergo an initial resume screening, followed by a case study submission, and an on-site superday. Case studies, submitted along with resumes, will vary by department. Although not a strict requirement, technical knowledge and prior experience will be advantageous.
